One Of A Kind Support Services in Geelong is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

You will assist participants with daily living activities, provide person-centered behavioural support, promote independence, and help build community connections. We strive to empower clients and foster meaningful relationships in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern is highly regarded
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one if required
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication, teamwork and de-escalation skills
• Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed support
