Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide supports to our young client in Geelong. This casual role offers a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday, with 24 hour care.

Key duties include working in a SIL House environment and coordinating community participation outings and activities, with flexibility to deliver high-quality support and maintain accurate administration and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar Disability Support role.
• Availability and flexibility to accept a range of different shifts, including weekends.
• Experience working with younger clients.
• Ability to complete accurate administration and paperwork.
• Current First Aid and CPR, and Manual Handling training.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
• Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence.
• Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed.
