Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia in Melbourne's North West suburbs is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Services team. You will provide daily support in clients' homes and in the community to help them live as independently as possible.

The role requires proven experience, relevant qualifications, and excellent communication along with strong administrative skills. A valid driver's license, car, and current First Aid/CPR and Manual Handling certificates are essential.

• Proven experience in a similar Disability Support Worker role
• Recognised relevant qualifications
• Excellent communication and strong administrative skills
• Caring, compassionate and positive attitude
• A registered, insured car and driver\'s licence
• Current training certificates in First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling and Medication

• Provide daily in-home and community support to help clients live independently.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, meals and routines.
• Manage daily tasks, goal achievement, and community access.
