MYXA' Disability Services in Victoria is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker with forensic experience to join our Wyndham Vale team in a casual role.

You will provide personalised support to participants, work with multidisciplinary teams, maintain records, and advocate for rights.

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a valid driver's licence.

In this casual role, you will provide personalised support and care to individuals living with a disability. You will work closely with our participants to help them achieve their goals and live independently within the community.

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement participant-centred support plans

What we're looking for
