Responsibilities

• Perform daily household tasks with participants, such as menu planning, cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry and light garden activities.
• Assist participants with personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, showering and enjoyable mealtimes, while maintaining relationships with family and carers.
• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support where appropriate.
