Job summary

Focus Care on the Gold Coast seeks caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you’ll build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

Our services run seven days a week on the Gold Coast, Main Beach, offering opportunities for nursing or allied health students and others passionate about helping people live independently.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support.
• Ability to travel to participants’ homes.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants on the Gold Coast (Main Beach).

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you’ll need:
