Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking Disability Support Workers for Fig Tree Pocket and surrounding suburbs. Casual and permanent part-time roles available to help people live independently and participate in daily activities.

Shifts vary with early mornings; training is provided, and there are opportunities for career growth within CPL. We welcome applicants committed to client-centered support.

Disability Support Worker - Fig Tree Pocket

We’re looking for casual and permanent part‑time Support Workers in Fig Tree Pocket and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
