Job summary

CPL Corporation is recruiting Disability Support Workers for Fig Tree Pocket and surrounding areas. Casual and part-time roles are available with pay up to $47 per hour based on experience. You will help people live independently, assist with meals, mobility, appointments and social activities to improve quality of life.

We welcome applicants with or without prior experience and provide paid training and ongoing development within a supportive, person-centred team.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.

• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver's licence and/or reliable transport.

• Supporting someone to get out into the community.
• Attending appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists when required).

We're looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Fig Tree Pocket and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you've done this before or you're new and passionate about helping others - we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same -you'llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
