Job summary

CPL is hiring Disability Support Workers in Fig Tree Pocket, Queensland. Casual and permanent part-time positions are available to help people live independently and participate in daily activities.

You may assist with meals, mobility, appointments, and community outings, with training provided. We value person-centred care and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Supporting someone to get out into the community.
• Attending appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Fig Tree Pocket and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
