Job summary

Medox Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse role in Glossodia, near Penrith NSW. Casual/ongoing shifts with flexible monthly rosters and a structured onboarding program provide support from day one.

You will perform personal care, medication administration and daily living tasks in a 24/7 care environment, with buddy shifts and paid training to aid your education in the client’s routine.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care.
• Current manual handling and medication administration certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care and daily living support within a 24/7 care team.
• Assistance with meal management, stock and ordering.
• Assist with safe manual handling, repositioning and transfers.
• Complete medication administration and basic household support.

Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse (Complex Care)

Location: Glossodia, Penrith NSW

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $41-45/hour

This role offers monthly rosters based on your availability, along with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training so you feel supported from day one. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine.
