Job summary

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our Dubbo team. You will help people with a disability live independently and participate in their community, delivering person‑centred support in homes, workplaces, or local settings.

You don’t need previous experience; traineeships with a national qualification are available. You’ll work with a values‑driven team in a supportive not‑for‑profit environment, with opportunities to grow your career.

About the role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Workers to join our growing Dubbo team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer‑centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

About you…

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.

Essential Criteria:

• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
