Qualifications

• Experience in community-based disability support.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Willingness and ability to undertake community travel.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (where applicable).
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shopping and community activities.
• Travel to Bathurst and other agreed destinations.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Explore art and creative activities.
• Complete agreed domestic duties.
• Build independence and practical life skills.
• Develop confidence and community connections.
• Support choice and control over everyday decisions.
