The role suits someone confident, proactive and experienced with complex disabilities and behaviours of concern, providing person-centred care and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting people with complex disabilities or behaviours of concern
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Driver Licence
• Australian Working Rights
• Ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans and procedures
• Experience with personal care, medication support and manual handling
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Commitment to customer-specific training and buddy shifts

Responsibilities

• Participate safely in community and respite activities and support meaningful participation
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Build confidence through consistent, client-focused support
• Follow customer-specific support plans and training requirements
• Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
