Kirinari Community Services is seeking Christmas Casual Disability Support Workers in New South Wales, Penrith. You will build independence, support daily living skills, and help participants achieve personal goals within a therapeutic, person-centred framework.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, Positive Behaviour Support, and meaningful community participation while offering flexible, casual rosters and a supportive team.

Formación

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or equivalent
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Driver Licence
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
• Australian working rights

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Promote choice, control and self-determination
• Facilitate community participation and social connection

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
