Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in Dubbo NSW seeks compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will support people with disability to build independence, participate in daily activities, and access community resources in a person-centred, supportive environment.

We offer salary packaging, onboarding with buddy shifts, ongoing training and development, and clear career progression. Part-time roles with 30–50+ hours per fortnight, including sleepover shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Availability to work sleepover shifts and weekends is essential.
• Current Australian driver licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current Australian working rights.
• Experience is valued but not essential; training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disability to build independence.
• Develop daily living skills and personal goals.
• Assist access to community and meaningful activities.
• Provide person-centred support with choice and control.
