Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker (Community Access) to help participants engage with their local community and achieve NDIS goals. This contractor role offers flexibility to choose when and where you work, with support from a nurse-led organisation.
You'll accompany participants to appointments, cafés, shopping, parks, and events; assist with errands; and provide companionship while promoting confidence and independence through person-centred supports.

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and compassionate Disability Support Workers (DSWs) who are passionate about supporting participants with community access. Every day is different—you might be accompanying someone to appointments, enjoying a coffee at their favourite café, going shopping, attending local events, exploring parks, participating in hobbies, or supporting them to achieve their personal goals within the community.
