Job summary

Nextt is seeking a FEMALE Disability Support Worker for Coffs Harbour to support clients with personal care, daily living activities and mental health needs in home and community settings. You’ll help build independence and meaningful social connections while delivering compassionate care.

This casual role offers flexible shifts across mornings and evenings, a variety of clients and environments, ongoing training and competitive SCHADS rates with penalties for evenings, weekends and public

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check - Employee.

Are you a compassionate and reliable FEMALE Disability Support Worker who enjoys variety, building genuine connections and helping people live more independently?

Nextt is looking for FEMALE Support Workers to join our team in Coffs Harbour.You'll support a range of clients with personal care, mental health needs, daily living and community participation, making every shift a little different.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is adaptable, caring and confident working across both home and community-based settings.

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

• Base hourly rate: $36.81
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)$41.23
• Saturday: $51.54
• Sunday: $66.26
• Public holiday: $80.99
