Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is hiring Disability Support Workers to join our group homes in the Greater Sydney area. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts, in a 24/7 operation that ensures consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Experience in disability support or similar care roles is required.
Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week (20–25 hours).
A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver person-centered support in group homes.
Assist with daily living activities including meals, personal care, and medication administration.
Support clients to engage in their communities and build independence.
Monitor client wellbeing and report progress to the team.
Assist with transport and driving the CPA minivan.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
