Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our group homes in the Ryde/Hornsby area. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts within our 24/7 operation.

We offer award-winning training, flexible shifts across CPA homes in Ryde region, and attractive benefits including casual hourly rates starting at AUD 45.29 plus Super, a yearly wellbeing allowance, gym access, EAP, and referral bonuses.

Formación

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week (20–25 hours).
• A current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).
• Experience in a support role (disability support, nursing or aged care) is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalised support in group homes (may include work in Lifestyle/day programs).
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including meals, personal care, medication administration and manual handling with appropriate equipment.
• Support clients to engage in and participate in their communities.
• Encourage clients to make choices and build skills for greater independence.
