Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one home and community support for clients aged 18–80 across the Northern Beaches. You will assist with daily living skills, personal care (where needed), and community participation, promoting independence and wellbeing.

This casual role requires travel to group homes, day shifts from 9:00/9:30 AM to 3:00/3:30 PM, and availability 4–5 days mid-week.

Qualifications

• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2).
• Ability to meet the inherent physical requirements of the role.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working With Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one home and community support to clients aged 18–80.
• Assist with daily living skills and social engagement.
• Support medication administration if trained.
• Follow individual support plans and document progress.
• Travel to group homes across the Northern Beaches.
• Promote independence and client choice and outcomes.
