Job summary

The Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered support to adults with disabilities on the Central Coast. The role involves one-on-one home and community support, helping clients with daily living skills, personal care and medication support.

You'll work across Central Coast to Tuggerah areas, travel between CPA homes, and enjoy day shifts from 9:00 to 16:00. Friday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2)
• Available to work Fridays
• No experience required; CPA provides training and development

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home and community support to clients aged 18-80
• Assist with daily living skills, social engagement, community participation, personal care, manual handling and medication support
• Travel across Central Coast to Tuggerah groups homes; work across CPA homes in the Hunter Region
• Casual day shifts from 9:00 to 4:00 PM; must be available 3 or 4 days mid week (Friday is a must)
