Job summary

Connect Home Care is seeking experienced male disability support workers to join our Tamworth region team. You will provide person-centred support in SIL and community settings, delivering safe, meaningful care to participants with complex needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, community access, documenting shift notes and incident reports, and collaborating with families and allied health teams to ensure consistent support.

Qualifications

• Experience with challenging behaviours / complex needs.
• Understanding of positive behaviour support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working With Children Check is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Cert III/IV in Disability is preferred.

The Role

You will support participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings, providing

consistent, safe, and meaningful care.
