Job summary

Prydes Support is expanding and looking for passionate and dedicated support workers to join our team across South East Queensland, including Beaudesert, Chermside, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

We believe in community, trust, and inclusion, offering meaningful work that supports individuals to live full, empowered lives. Roles include daily personal care, shopping assistance, and community access, with flexible rosters.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in the disability sector (preferred)
• Completion of the NDIS Modules
• Valid Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, CPR/First Aid, and Police Check
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Confident working both independently and within a team
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Energetic, friendly, and open-minded
• Flexible and supportive roster arrangements, including overnight shifts
• Opportunities for career growth and progression as our organisation expands
