Advantage Healthcare Support Nursing Agency is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a participant with complex needs. The role focuses on maintaining independence, wellbeing, and quality of life while offering flexible shifts to complement existing schedules.

You'll work with a male participant, assisting with personal care, meals, and routines, and may be trained in midazolam administration.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

• Full Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Full Australian working rights.

Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide person‑centred support to a participant with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

This opportunity is ideal for support workers seeking extra shifts to complement their existing schedule.

About This Role:

• Providing support to a male participant.
• Assisting with personal care/showering, domestic assistance, meal preparation and bed time routine.
• Assisting with medication and willing to be trained in midazolam administration.
• Must have extensive experience in high care/complex care.
• Must have experience with Hoist.

About You:

• Confident supporting people with complex physical disabilities.
• Calm, patient, and respectful.
• Reliable and committed to providing consistent support.
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with families and support teams.

• Have the ability to work independently.

Shifts Available (Ongoing):

• Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

Essential Compliance Requirements:
