Job summary

Carer’s Network is seeking enthusiastic Disability Support Workers (Experienced) to deliver NDIS-funded supports across Bayside, Mentone, Mordialloc. Casual roles with flexible hours in the Bayside area.

Must have Certificate III in ID, Victorian Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. No sponsorship available; pay AU$36.81–AU$37.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
• Victorian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering NDIS-funded supports.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR.

Location: Bayside, Mentone, Mordialloc

Pay Rate: AU$36.81 – AU$37.95 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Encouraging confidence, personal choice, and greater autonomy
• Working collaboratively with families, primary carers, and other allied health professionals

Essential Criteria & Qualifications

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability stream).
• Licence: Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle are strictly essential.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience delivering NDIS-funded disability supports is preferred.
• Mandatory Certificates (Required prior to commencement):
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
• Current CPR (HLTAID009)
