Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a committed Disability Support Worker for our group homes in the Guildford/Granville to Casula corridor. You will support residents across mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts within a 24/7 operation, ensuring safe, person-centred care and meaningful activities.

Role requires availability across at least 4 weekdays and 20+ hours per week, with morning shifts (6:00am-10:00am). A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is essential.

About the Role

We're looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our welcoming group homes located between Guildford/Granville and Casula. You'll provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
