Job summary

Focus Care Australia is looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team on the Gold Coast (Main Beach). You will spend a minimum of two hours with each client, building genuine connections and supporting independence in daily life.

Requirements include a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Check, availability for 10–15 hours per week, and willingness to travel to participants' homes to provide personal care, transport, and community access.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport, and social support to participants.
• Assist with community access and domestic tasks as needed.
• Support participants to live independently in their own homes.
• Travel to participants' homes to deliver scheduled services.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants on the Gold Coast (Main Beach).

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.
