• Experience leading teams within disability, community services, health or human services.
• Strong commitment to person-centred practice and positive participant outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Support Workers.
• Coordinate daily service delivery, staffing and rostering.
• Promote participant choice, independence, dignity and inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate team communication, meetings and handovers.
• Support quality, safeguarding, incident and risk management processes.
• Ensure services meet organisational, funding and compliance requirements.
