Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance in St Ives, NSW, is seeking an energetic, engaged and motivated leader to join our Lifestyles team. This full-time role provides day-to-day leadership, supports staff, and helps ensure high-quality, person-centred outcomes for the people we support.

You will collaborate with clients, families, House Managers and support teams to build a positive service culture, drive quality and accountability, and address complex situations with empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within the disability, community services or human services sector.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A natural leader who can motivate, mentor and support others.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to Disability Support Practitioners.
• Support onboarding, mentoring and capability development of new and existing team members.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, families, advocates and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with House Managers and operational leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate and support client activities, programs and community engagement opportunities.
• Assist with workforce planning, rostering support and service continuity.
• Monitor and maintain service quality, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support incident management, risk mitigation and the resolution of service-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion person-centred practices and ensure client goals, preferences and outcomes remain at the forefront of service delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact within the service and provide leadership support when required.
