Achieve Australia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional – Candidate Experience Specialist to design and lead disability day program recruitment and candidate experience initiatives. The Program and Outcomes Lead is responsible for developing community and lifestyle programs that are aimed to develop life skills, hobbies and to engage with communities and to tailor a program to help people with disability live the life they want. This would be achieved by observing the facilitation of programs, reviewing their effectiveness in line with intended outcomes and individual goals, and making necessary recommendations and modifications, as well as developing new programs to maximise client participation and success.
