Job summary

Achieve Australia is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to elevate brand, drive digital marketing strategies and enhance the CRM maturity. You will lead a team and work with senior leadership to align campaigns with strategic priorities and budgets.

You will champion compliant, accessible marketing practices in a regulated NDIS environment, oversee budgets, and improve customer journeys. A strong communicator with inclusive leadership will thrive here.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and communications leadership experience.
  • Experience in a disability organisation is a must.
  • Proven ability to develop teams, build capability and lead with maturity, professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Strategic thinker with a human-centred approach.
  • CRM and automation experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Digital marketing expertise.
  • Experience in working in a regulated (NDIS) environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing and communications function and develop and mentor the marketing and communications team.
  • Oversee the organisation’s marketing and communications work in progress with the Marketing Leads, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget.
  • Oversee and guide the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the organisation.
  • Evolve the sophistication of our CRM system and automation of the customer journey.
  • Ensure effective financial governance across marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Improve the sophistication of digital marketing initiatives and outsourced agency relationship.
  • Support development of marketing and communications budgets for annual plans, campaigns and business unit initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Executive and Senior Leadership Team on matters relating to team performance or deliverables.
  • Strengthen internal communications to enhance employee experience and organisational alignment.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and performance reports to support campaign tracking and strategy refinement.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, brand guidelines, privacy requirements and ethical marketing practices.

About the role:

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, as our new Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand, championing digital marketing strategies and elevating the sophistication of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
