Job summary

Unify Disability Services in Victoria is expanding its frontline team and seeks compassionate Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred supports to participants. You will provide direct personal care, support community participation, transport, and daily routines, following individual plans and upholding high standards of safety and safeguarding.

About the Role: Disability Support Worker

What You Bring:

A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
