Job summary

Emerald Secondary College seeks an Administration professional to lead the Disability Inclusion team, managing Inclusion Learning Assistants and related programs in a full-time capacity at Melbourne's southern suburbs campus.

The role includes coordinating the DIP process, supporting SSGs and IEPs, and handling data for DI students, with a focus on cross-team collaboration and high-level communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to coordinate and support others in relevant work functions.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the work of the Disability Inclusion Team including the ILA's (Inclusion Learning Assistants/Aides)
• Overseeing the work currently referred to as Tier 2 and Tier 3 and moving towards implementation of the Disability Inclusion Reform
• Administrative duties associated with this work
• Reporting to and working with the Disability Inclusion Leader
