Job summary

Brinbeal Secondary College in Melbourne's west is seeking a Disability Inclusion Coach to lead inclusion practices for students with disabilities, backed by a collaborative leadership team. Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
• Ability to model high-impact teaching strategies and support growth.
• Experience in monitoring student learning and using data to inform practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for students with disability and additional needs.
• Support staff in implementing adjustments for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students.
• Provide targeted coaching for teachers on adjustments and strategies.
• Oversee Student Support Plans and ensure effective information transfer between services.
