Job summary

Support Your Way Disability Services Pty is seeking motivated disability support workers to join our personal care team in the Melbourne Metro - North-East area. Successful applicants will assist participants with daily living tasks, in-home personal care, transport, and community activities, with a focus on promoting independence.

Shifts are conducted at participants' homes or in the community. Applicants should have experience or understanding of neurodivergency, clear English, and be willing

Qualifications

• National Police Check is required.
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence.
• First Aid and CPR Certificates are required.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certification is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Certificate is required.
• NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission training is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with transferring, mobility, and positioning as needed.
• Support participants with meals, medication administration, and household tasks.
• Support independence and community participation.
