Job summary

Amazing Procare is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist Aged Care and NDIS clients in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas. Work will involve providing in-home support and community access.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license with a reliable insured vehicle, and be prepared to obtain a Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening. Cert 3 in Disability and Aged Care is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Driver's Licence and reliable fully insured vehicle.
• Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to apply for one.
• Cert 3 in Disability and Aged Care is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Aged Care and NDIS clients at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Maintain safety and report concerns to supervisors.
