As Director, Talent Marketing and Engagement, you will shape the employer brand, lead group-wide talent marketing and engagement strategies, and partner with leaders

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
• Experience developing brands and value propositions across multiple audiences.
• Strong track record delivering integrated marketing, communications, digital, content, events and partnerships.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, reputation, engagement and drivers.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with executives and clinical leaders.
• Budget management and campaign optimisation experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop Mater's group-wide employer brand and employee value proposition across workforce segments, clinical specialties and locations.
• Deliver integrated talent marketing, communications and engagement strategies across digital, social, content, events, partnerships and recruitment channels.
• Partner with People and Learning, Medical Workforce and leaders to align priorities with brand and communications approach.
• Build strategic external partnerships with universities and professional bodies to strengthen workforce pipelines.
• Lead Mater's presence at careers expos, conferences and recruitment events.
• Develop compelling content and candidate journeys to boost awareness before vacancies arise.
• Use audience insights and reporting to optimise activity and maximise ROI.
• Manage budgets, agencies, suppliers and partnerships to meet objectives.
• Provide expert advice to executives on employer brand and engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing, communications and engagement team.
