The ACT Education Directorate seeks a Director to lead a team delivering a strategic asset management plan for ACT public schools. You will guide planning and implementation, representing the Branch and Directorate in high-level discussions with stakeholders.

Expect extensive experience in facilities, asset management, and construction, with strong communication, negotiation, and liaison skills for collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in building facilities and asset management with asset assessment and planning.
• Ability to use asset management software and related systems.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic and operational asset management planning for ACT public schools.
• Represent the branch in high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
