This business has built a strong position across NSW, particularly in childcare, accommodation and specialised assets. Demand continues to grow and they're looking for another senior operator to help shape the next phase of that growth.

The Role

You'll operate at Director level, delivering specialised valuations while helping shape both local and national business strategy.

• Childcare centres
• Hotels, motels and accommodation assets
• Student accommodation, boarding houses and serviced accommodation
• Service stations and complimentary assets
• Pubs, licensed venues and hospitality assets
• Client management across banks, developers, funds and trusts
• Strategic input into NSW and national growth plans
• Opportunity to leverage existing relationships and market presence
• Mentor and support emerging valuers within the team
• Contribute to business development and market expansion initiatives
