Job summary

Qualifications
- Strategic transformation leader with expert project, program and change management capability.
- Experienced in delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary transformation projects.
- Strong ability to engage, mentor and influence clinical and professional teams.
- Analytical, innovative and solutions-focused using data and risk insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team delivering complex, service-wide transformation across CQ Health.
- Drive Destination 2030 by leading a multi-year program of transformational work.
- Embed a consistent CQ Health approach to service improvement via innovation and planning.
- Coordinate major transformation projects across the health service with risk and issue management.
- Influence and enable change across CQ Health with executives and multidisciplinary teams.
