The role demands strategic vision, expert change management, and the ability to turn data and strategy into measurable outcomes across CQ Health.

Qualifications

• Strategic transformation leadership with expert project, program and change management capability.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong people leadership and facilitation to engage and influence clinical and professional teams.
• Analytical, innovative and solutions-focused using data, risk insights and evidence to drive service improvement.
• Outcome-driven and highly organised to manage competing priorities and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering complex, service-wide transformation across CQ Health.
• Drive Destination 2030 by leading a multi-year program of transformational work aligned with CQHHS priorities.
• Embed a consistent CQ Health approach to service improvement using innovation, process improvement and health service science.
• Coordinate and oversee major transformation projects across the health service, ensuring delivery and accountability.
• Influence and enable change across CQ Health partnering with executives, senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
