Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service seeks a strategic transformation leader to drive a multi-year program of service improvement across CQ Health. The Strategy, Transformation and Allied Health Division (STAH) leads and supports Central Queensland Health (CQ Health) to achieve the priorities set out by the Health Minister, Department of Health and Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
The three portfolios are Allied Health Professional leadership; Strategy and Planning; and Transformation and Service Improvement. Team members will lead, influence and collaborate across and within CQ Health clinical and corporate teams to support the delivery of outcomes aspired through our strategic intent Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
