Job summary
Westgold Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Manager People Systems & Services to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our People systems, workforce analytics, remuneration processes, governance, and employee services.
Reporting to the General Manager People, this leadership role drives HR technology platforms, data-driven decision making, and the employee experience across our multi-site Australian operation.
Qualifications
- Experience leading People Systems, HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Analytics functions.
- Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities with Power BI and Excel.
- Proven track record delivering technology, automation, or process improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing optimisation and management of People systems, including HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the People function.
- Oversee workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making.
- Manage remuneration and reward processes, including salary reviews and benchmarking activities.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, reporting standards, and data integrity.
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration and HR service delivery.
- Manage visa administration and compliance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing People Services team.
