Job summary

Capstone Recruitment Asia Pacific is hiring a Principal Consultant for Local Government in the Campbelltown area of Sydney. You will lead end-to-end development projects on Council land, from feasibility studies through to financing, design, construction and handover, while managing internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Private Sector development background, strong project management experience, and ability to meet statutory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with private sector development and project leadership.
• Ability to manage complex development projects and stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development projects on Council land from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate with City Projects Team and Executives to deliver catalytic urban renewal.
• Provide strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary team.
