Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and NSW teaching accreditation.
- Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development and staff development.
- Minimum five years of school teaching experience with a track record of educational change.
Responsibilities
- Lead Teaching & Learning, model contemporary learning principles and tech integration.
- Coordinate academic compliance, curriculum reform and staff development.
- Lead teacher appraisal processes and foster staff–student relationships.
- Engage with parents, coordinate school events and collaborate with leadership.
- Evaluate programs, curriculum offerings, and strategic planning.
