Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a senior leader to head the Research Insights & Analytics function. The role reports to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and is responsible for delivering research insights, benchmarking, performance reporting, and analytics that support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading research analytics, rankings, benchmarking, or performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights for strategic decisions.
• Experience leading analytics, insights, or reporting teams.
• Knowledge of data governance and KPI/reporting frameworks.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research analytics and insights function, delivering meaningful reporting and insights.
• Provide advice to senior leaders using data and research insights.
• Manage benchmarking, rankings, and external assessments.
• Build relationships with researchers, academics, and business stakeholders.
• Drive data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
• Develop and improve reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and governance.
