Job summary

RAA in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Decision Intelligence to lead enterprise analytics and transform data into strategic insight. You will ensure leaders have performance measures and predictive insights to guide progress and decisions.

Reporting to the General Manager Strategy & Growth, you’ll shape strategic performance frameworks, drive enterprise reporting, and embed evidence-based decision-making across the organisation, influencing priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading analytics/decision intelligence within a complex organisation
• Proven track record developing performance measurement frameworks and strategic reporting
• Strong stakeholder engagement at executive and senior leadership levels
