Allura Partners is seeking a senior leader to direct enterprise reporting strategy from Sydney, influencing C-suite decisions and shaping how data informs resource allocation. The role combines hands-on reporting with strategic oversight, partnering across Technology, Product, Finance and Risk to ensure timely, board-ready disclosures.

You will interact with senior leadership, driving value-based governance and growing a focused reporting function within a lean, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business reporting, analytics, strategy or business operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience presenting to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting strategy and standards to deliver timely, trusted information to leadership.
• Build and govern resource allocation decisions balancing commercial value, risk and capacity.
• Define and monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Finance, Risk and executive leadership to align reporting with strategy.
• Deliver board-ready executive reporting and scorecards while maintaining hands-on report development.
