• Must have leadership experience in a school setting.
• Deep understanding of Religious Studies and faith-based curriculum delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of teaching practice across Religious Studies.
• Lead and support development, implementation and oversight of quality teaching programs.
• Demonstrate deep understanding and expertise in KLA curriculum requirements.
• Establish a culture of collaborative, reflective practice among staff.
• Support staff in identifying new experiences for ongoing professional development.
• Know students well and provide engaging learning that supports wellbeing.
