Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic education in the Jesuit tradition.
• Current accreditation with NESA and teaching qualifications.
• Experience in Stage 6 Studies of Religion.
• Curriculum planning, development and review.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development ability.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and foster professional learning.
• Commitment to high academic expectations and student outcomes.
• Commitment to faith, justice and virtues in students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• WWCC validity or willingness to obtain WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum, teaching and assessment programs, departmental planning and administrative processes.
• Work collaboratively with staff to promote high standards of teaching and learning.
• Support the ongoing development of the Religious Education Department.
• Contribute to academic leadership and student formation within the College.
